Shipping and Delivery

The shipping policy is only applicable for domestic ready to ship items. For any items that are made to order, and bulk orders, pre orders will be taken through DM’s on Instagram and/or whatsapp. For any orders that require express shipping, or international shipping,  please reach out to us through DM’s.

Timelines currently for domestic parcels include – 2 to 3 ‘WORKING days’ to process, quality check and pack, and a maximum of 5 to 7 ‘working days’ for delivery. For domestic shipping you will receive an email with the tracking code once dispatched, so please mark all emails from ‘The Festive Store’ or TFS, as ‘Not Spam’. Rest assured, you will not be put on any mailing lists and advertising databases and the only email communication that you will receive from TFS will always be related to your orders. Timelines for international shipping will be communicated personally through DM’s.

Please note that our existing contract with our delivery partners entitles delivery to attempted to the recipient location up to 2 or 3 times. Please make sure that the phone number & address(complete address with landmark) that you have provided for delivery/dispatch is valid and reachable during normal delivery times. Beyond the specified limit of trying to deliver the parcel at the mentioned address by the customer or if the delivery partner initiates to return the parcel, it be shipped back to the sender, and a reship request can be raised by the receiver again through our DM’s on our social handles as long as the return and the reshipping costs can be bourne by the receiver. Refunds cannot be issued in such cases.

Please note that in case of any natural calamities/disasters, riots and instances of social unrest and/or other ‘Acts of god’ the delivery can be hampered, delayed or even cancelled and in such cases, updates will be shared by our team with you.

Our current domestic delivery partners are DTDC couriers and for pincodes that are not serviceable through DTDC, shipments will be sent through India Post.

‘Working days’ refer to business days and exclude Weekends, National and Local holidays.

Shipping costs will be calculated as per the Pincode during checkout.
