For all domestic orders, dispatch time is 1-2 business days and it takes 3-6 business days to deliver once dispatched.
For international orders, dispatch time is 2-4 business days and we give a time frame of about 10-15 business days to deliver the order.
The order confirmation is automatically sent to the email ID that you type in during the ordering process. This is system generated and all orders get a confirmation without fail. However, in case you do not get a confirmation, there could be some reasons listed below
- The email ID that you have entered is wrong or may have spelling errors. In this case, please reach out to us (preferably on Instagram messenger) and we will verify the same at our end and update you. Please note that this is a very time intensive task for us so response may be slightly delayed but never ignored.
- The email might have been in your spam, promotions, or social folders in your email. Please check there and add our extension to the ‘Not spam’ list. We do not send any marketing or promotional emails, or updates (unless subscribed to it on our website)
- System error – This never happens but nothing’s perfect. In this case, please reach out to us and we will give you a confirmation post verification from our side.
All of the products are made with base alloy consisting of brass/copper/iron coated with matte/imitation golden colour. None of the jewellery sold on the website are one gram gold or real silver or real gold jewellery.
Definitely not 😊. We have a valid GST and file monthly. We are also registered with the MSME from the GoI and we even have an IEC (Importer – Exporter code), in addition to other registrations. We are fully compliant and also undergo regular audits by the payment gateway teams as well. We also process all payments through our current account and do not transact using any personal accounts.

This has never happened, but in case of any issue where money has been debited in your account and the order has been cancelled (due to any technical issue), or in case of any monetary issue, please reach out to us. We always reply to all queries and never keep such issues pending. Payment systems, however robust are sometimes prone to errors. Kindly bear this in mind as well as not all issues are our fault.
In case of any transit damages/wrong product sent, we will be refunding the shipping charges collected during the checkout to the customer and TFS will dispatch a replacement product as soon as we receive the damaged product (Customers need to send the product from their end within 48hrs of receiving it and share tracking information with us). Only in case of products that are not in stock, a refund will be initiated and that takes 2-4 business day for the amount to be reflected in the customers bank account. All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment.
All the products that we dispatch undergo strict QC and you will not face any quality issues. Also, please note that the quality of some budgeted items are as good as they are priced. Extremely affordable items are priced that way for a reason. This is also true for any other products on any other marketplace.
Our Jadau jewellery and some of our high end jewellery is all hand made and some may have a smell of wax or polishing oil or some setting glue. This is temporary and you can aerate the jewellery in an open space away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Also please note that most of the pieces are handmade and some slight imperfections in stones and settings are what make them unique rather than defective.
All the photographs are taken in house using an iPhone. There are no edits or filters used. All photographs are taken in natural sunlight and without any artificial or additional lighting.
All of the jewellery are best stored in the containers that you receive in. Here are some helpful tips.
- Avoid contact with alcohol based cleaners (sanitizers), perfumes, oil or grease and other strong liquids with the jewellery. This might lead to oxidation.
- Please avoid contact with water and sweat as much as possible. Jewelry should not be soaked in water.
- Please wipe the jewelry with only a clean and dry cotton cloth after every use. Avoid harsh abraisives and soap.
- Store the jewelry in a flat box to avoid accidental scratch.
- Avoid stacking jewellery. Different metals with different polish may encourage corrosion.
No. There is no explicit guarantee/ warranty. But we promise to deliver premium quality jewellery to you.
That’s unfortunately a common thing that can happen as some of the products can be in high demand and available in limited quantities. In this case, please make sure to subscribe to the item so that we can automatically notify you when it is next available. This also helps us understand which items to restock.
Every product is meticulously checked for damage before shipping. It is also packed with a lot of care 😊
